2-3 cans sweetened condensed milk

Method
Cans of milk is boiled for one hour. After their cooking is allowed to cool, opened and a wafer is coated in half a can. Wafer sticking together and cut into squares.

I think that can not happen. One day I was just confused and bought at different milk not condensed and nothing happened. Vary konservitv 4 CSA and nothing happened.
