Ingredients
1 chicken leg
300 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 cup Rice
sunflower oil or olive oil
salt, pepper and mint
Method
Chicken drumstick Boil gently, boned and cut into small pieces. In preheated oil fry chopped onion, add chopped mushrooms and chicken. When the mushrooms soften and add the rice. Once fried rice and add salt and pour 4 cups water. Allow to simmer for a few minutes and pour into pan. Serve sprinkled with spices and bake until ready.
