Rice with vegetables

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
1/2 cup vermicelli
200 g frozen vegetable mix
1 tsp curry
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cups broth or water
salt
sunflower oil

Method
In the heated sunflower oil put vermicelli and fry until brown. Add vegetables, rice and spices, pour broth and boil once and kotlonat be capped off. Not to be confused. This method of preparation is suitable only for electrical stove (plate), because cools slowly and so the rice is cooked and not sticky. If kotlonat not electric rice left over very low heat until cooked.
