Roasted quinces

Ingredients
4 quinces
4 tbsp sugar
cinnamon
cloves
syrup

Method
Quince cleaned of moss, washed and dried. From the top flap is cut with a knife and carving seminal part. Quinces are filled with sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon and ground cloves and bake in a hot oven. Serve with syrup flights of your choice.
