Ingredients
thinly sliced ham
# For the filling:
1 cup rice
1 onion
1 carrot
1 pepper
200 g mayonnaise
3 tbsp sunflower oil
parsley
2-3 pickles
lemon
200 g cheese
Method
Finely chopped onion, carrot and pepper sauté in a hot sunflower oil . Add rice and fry until transparent. Pour 3 cups hot salted water and boil on low heat until absorb the liquid. Mayonnaise seasoned with lemon flavor and added to the cooled down rice and vegetables. On each piece of ham is placed on the mixture and roll up. Grate the cheese on top.
