Ingredients
1 white radish - debt
2 carrots
200 g red cabbage
2 sticks celery
1/2 bunch parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
olive oil (sunflower oil)
1 large green apple
salt

Method
Grate turnip in large pieces grater and leave it out for 30 minutes to poizvetree (her remove the smell). Grate carrots also in large pieces grater, cut the cabbage into strips, apple cubes and chopped herbs. Mix all products Salt to taste, add the olive oil and lemon juice. Crush nice. In a bowl pour on the salad, squeeze nice and turn on the plate, which will serve the salad. The decoration is optional - olives, corn and others.
