Salad shellfish Marine

Ingredients
500-600 g mussels with shells
1-2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp olive oil
freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon
little salt (I use sea salt)
pepper
About 100 ml white wine
handful of chopped parsley

Method
Washing and cleaning of mussels mustache. In a small saucepan with lid Pour olive oil as heat put chopped garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add the mussels and cover with lid. After 5-7 minutes, add salt and pepper and shake court. Add the wine and leave for about 3-4 minutes. Finally sent down lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley. Offset court and leave to cool.
