Salted puff hearts

Ingredients
300 g puff pastry
# Stuffing - I type:
3 tbsp ground almonds nuts
3 tbsp meat pies
# Stuffing - II type:
3 tbsp chutney
3 tbsp walnut ground nuts

Method
The dough expands smeared with paste, sprinkle with stuffing and cut into strips with a thickness of 1.5 cm and a length of about 15 cm. Each strip is screwed equally from the edges to the middle of it - similar to the cookies Salzitsa with the difference that in the middle is shaped tip: on one side are pressed with fork, then the other. Bake on a tray littered with paper baking in the oven at 200 C.

Many elegant :)

They became great, except that the form did not get quite. Puff pastry poopana at the bottom and the edge is not quite sharp. Will shoot tomorrow and will upload photos. I was wondering how to preserve them for 1-2 days. I let them cool, put them in a well-sealed box and to go in the refrigerator (as with meat). I worry only that can be moistened and not crispy as remove them.
