Samokov pita
Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
2 eggs
1 yolk
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
1/2 cup (100 g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
2 tsp (10 g) salt
2 tbsp (40 g) fat

Method
To add sifted flour beaten with yogurt eggs, fat, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add a malo lukewarm water until a soft dough. The dough was kneaded well (to be smooth), and is formed of a round pita, which is coated with the egg yolk and then allowed to stand for 30 minutes. Bake in a moderate oven. After removal from the oven turns with a clean cloth.
