Schnitzel from fresh cabbage

Ingredients
1 cabbage
200 g cheese
3 eggs
250 ml milk
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
spices to taste
Method
Cabbage is boiled for about 30 minutes in salted water. During this time, whisk the eggs with the milk. Separate the leaves of boiled cabbage by cutting the thicker portion of the stalk. Each leaf was immersed in an egg mixture and held until saturated. Remove onto a flat surface and put on the leaf of the grated cheese. Bends in the shape of an envelope. Thus, all the sheets are screwed. So curled leaves are immersed again in the egg mixture and then rolled in breadcrumbs. Fry in more heated sunflower oil. Serve warm.
