Ingredients
4-5 leeks
4-5 large potatoes
2 eggs
1/3 cup flour or breadcrumbs
1/2 bunch of finely chopped parsley
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt
pepper

1/2 cup flour
1-2 eggs
Method
Leek cut into small pieces and peeled potatoes into cubes. Boil until soft. Drain well and creased. As cool, add to the eggs, flour, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the mixture well and form small cutlets, which are rolled in flour, then in egg and fry in very hot sunflower oil.
