Ingredients
500 g flour
200 g yogurt
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 cup (200 ml) vegetable oil
15 g yeast or 1 packet of baking powder
250 g feta cheese or cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 egg yolk, salt and caraway spreads

Method
The feta cheese and an egg mix and gets stuffing. Other product mix and the resulting dough is divided into 6 balls. Each is kneaded. Each ball individually rolled into a circle, which is divided into 12 pieces, cake (from the middle to the end). At the wide end put the filling and each piece is rolled. The products of this recipe is almost the same as Pretzels with salt bush and because I know what the result is, with pleasure fulfilled it. Only namaslih dough circles before you slice and made of 8 instead of 12 songs - otherwise become 72 small muffins. In one part salt put stuffing and others made with pear jam and a piece of pecan nut. Received very soft and delicious muffins and crackers!
