Ingredients
1 pork - about 1.4 kg
salt

4 tbsp honey
3-4 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Jolie Boil until almost. Semi-cooked shank put in a baking dish with some of the broth in which the shank is boiling and pour himself a little from the marinade. Very appetizing look straight makes me poked the computer screen. I would not put it directly to bake in the oven because it will become dry. Today I saw that I had in the freezer one knuckle, just so it will prepare in the near future.
