Sheep stew

Ingredients
6-7 peppers
2-3 tomatoes
3 onions
150 g feta cheese
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
# TOPPING:
2-3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp flour
Sheep stew

Method
Cut in large pieces onion and peppers and sauté in the oil and a little water, salt it lightly. Add chopped tomatoes and 5-6 minutes after they crumbled feta cheese. Mix well and pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Pour over the beaten yogurt, eggs, flour and bake in a moderate oven.

recipe is nice. Becomes more tasty, if the peppers are roasted before. :)

To topping can be added parsley, and on it you line circles smoked cheese.
