Shepherd tuna

Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 carrots
160 g canned tuna
5 tbsp tomato paste
50 ml sunflower oil
parsley
pepper
salt
# TOPPING:
2 eggs
250 g yogurt
5 tbsp flour
100 ml broth or water
Method
Potatoes and carrots cut into cubes. Half of them are placed in a tray. Comminuted meat tin, spread it in the tray, smeared with tomato sauce and cover with remaining mixture. Pour broth or water, flavor and bake in a moderate oven. Make a topping that is applied on the finished moussaka and dopicha redness.
