Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
3-4 tbsp hot water
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
1 tbsp cocoa
# For glaze:
100 g of milk chocolate
3-4 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp milk or water
# For the syrup:
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
# For decoration:
fruit of your choice

Method
Beat egg whites with the sugar, add the beaten yolks, flour, the oil, baking powder, water and cocoa. The finished mixture is poured into a greased baking pan and bake in preheated oven. Cool base is moist with syrup. For glaze put chocolate in a water bath with the butter and milk until melted and it is coated on all sides the base. Decorate with fruits in the form of optional clock.
