Shpikovani pork bellies

Ingredients
1 kg pork - piece
200 g mushrooms
2 carrots
1/2 head celery
1 red pepper
1 onion
pepper
salt

Method
Piece meat smeared with sunflower oil and water, thoroughly sprinkled with paprika and a hand rubbed pepper on the meat. The meat is placed in a tray, the bottom of which were placed blanched mushrooms stewed with onions vegetables - carrots, celery and red pepper, cut into strips. This was placed in a hot oven. At the moment in which the meat is browned and crusted on top incisions with a knife about 3-4 inches apart, which should not cut through the piece and form pockets. They need to put a little of all vegetables from the pan. Finally, some sauce, which was formed in the pan again and return the dish in the oven. Occasionally remove it and watering it again - until fully baked. Meat should remain juicy, not dried. It is recommended that meat with fat - when eating it is removed, but the meat must be cooked with fat. Optional can add garlic and pieces of olives in cuts.
