Silver sponge cake

Ingredients
4 baltatsi
1 cup yogurt
20 g coconut
30 g raisins
125 g butter
200 g sugar
1 tsp baking powder
250 g flour
# For glaze:
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
10 g coconut
Method
The butter with sugar, stir with a mixer until a fluffy mixture. For these purposes, the butter is not frozen. Yogurt is good to be at room temperature to avoid a fight cake. Add to the already beaten butter. Stir now only with a wooden spoon. Egg whites are broken down into the snow. Good whites are fresh and mix to gradually lift speed. Add to the bowl with the butter. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until a uniform mixture. Add the baking powder and flour spoon by spoon stirring gently so as not to become lumps of dough. Includes the oven top and bottom of the maximum temperature. Take a cake form and smeared with butter or margarine. Pour half the batter and sprinkle the raisins and coconut shavings, then pour the other half. Bake in moderate oven at the beginning just below (excluding the above). Put towels on top to be able to choke and good to get off the form. After paying the shape prepare glaze. Cocoa, water and sugar in a small saucepan confused and put on a hot plate. After boiling the mixture is stirred with a wooden spoon until thickened. When finished, the court withdrew. With a spoon, poured cocoa sauce trickles along the surface of the cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Consumed the next day.
