Small cabbage dolmas

Ingredients
1/2 kg minced meat
1 cup Rice
2/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika, cumin and pepper
1 tbsp savory
1 onion
3 cups water for cooking

Method
Rice to add the oil. Allow to stand for 3-4 minutes. To add minced meat red pepper, cumin, black pepper, savory, and chopped onion. Add pre-kneading rice and sunflower oil to mince. Pre-cut veins of cabbage leaves are needed to cover the bottom of the pot. Wrap up the dolmas size of almond and place in pan. After you have finished the turn put a plate (with the size of the pot) to bully the dolmas until cooked. They add 3 cups water, one of them may be of cabbage soup. The dolmas cook about 2 hours on a slow fire.
