Soda pita with three types of flour and oregano

Ingredients
300 ml water
100 g wholemeal
200 g flour type
300 g white flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano
sea salt for sprinkling

Method
In a bowl mix the three types of flour, salt, sugar and oregano. A solution in yogurt soda, the oil and water. Everything is kneaded well. Form a pita and put in greased or covered with baking paper tray. Smeared with sunflower oil and sprinkled with coarse sea salt. Bake in a preheated 180C oven.
