Soup processed cheese and mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g processed cheese
200 g mushrooms
3.5 liters of water
1 carrot
ornamental foliage
Method
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin strips. Wash and clean the carrots and grated. Processed cheese cut into small cubes. Water boils, reduce heat and add processed cheese, as we continue stirring until a homogeneous mixture. Add mushrooms and boil about 15 minutes, then add the carrots and boil for another 2-3 minutes. When serving soup can decorate with parsley, and the taste is as hot with croutons.

I loved the recipe! Will necessarily try, but it seems to me that melted cheese and many - 500g ... Bravo!
