Spaghetti La Francesca

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti
60 g butter
10 g salt
120 g ham
400 g mushrooms
4 yolks
60 g onion
parsley
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
In suitable container boil water. Add salt, place the pasta and cook. Cooked spaghetti straining and add butter. Cleaned mushrooms cook 30 minutes in water and salt. Remove and cut, and the broth is strained. Flour and chopped onion fry. Add mushroom potion, stirring constantly. The mixture simmer a little, take from the fire and passaged. Ham cut into small cubes. Mix with mushrooms and stew. To the sauce add egg yolks and stewed mushrooms and ham. Pasta is placed in a dish and pour sauce made with. Serve hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
