Spicy beef roulade

Ingredients
8 thin beef steak
40 g lard
60 g mushrooms
egg 1
2 onions
1 tbsp mustard
1 clove garlic
lemon peel
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
flour
50 g lard
pepper
thyme
parsley
salt
Method
Finely chopped onions, mushrooms and fried salo 20 g lard, mixed with finely grated lemon zest grater, breadcrumbs, parsley, beaten egg, salt and spices. Beef steaks are crushed, place stuffing, roll to roll and attach with toothpicks, then rolled in flour. Roulade fry in the remaining highly preheated lard, pour a little water and smothered in low oven for half an hour. Add mustard and crushed garlic and sauté until soft. The sauce should not be too thick. Suitable side dish is steamed rice.
