Spicy buns

Ingredients
700 g flour
90 g butter
1 tsp (5 g) salt
1 cup (200 ml) of beer
30 g yeast
2-3 tomatoes
200 g sausage
150 g cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
pepper

Method
Yeast is diluted with 2-3 tbsp of lukewarm milk, mix with 1 pinch of salt and 100 g of flour and let it rise. Add to the remaining sifted flour, melted butter, beer and other salt and smooth dough is kneaded. Once rise (about 1 hour), hand shape 16 buns. In the middle of each piece put tomato and sausage, a little cheese and pepper. The buns with filling is rolled into balls, which are arranged in an oiled pan (not touching each other), coated with beaten in the remaining milk egg and bake in a moderately hot oven (180 C) to zlatistocherveno. After removal from the oven to scatter with grated cheese and colorful salt or savory optional.
