Spicy pork loin

Ingredients
1 kg pork loin - whole pachre
2 tsp rosemary sticks
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp black peppercorns
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp paprika
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp savory
2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 yolks
2 onions
# For the sauce:
150 g processed cheese
50 g smoked feta cheese
200 ml cooking cream
70-100 ml white wine
1 tbsp olive oil
50 g butter

Method
Pork fillet brushed with olive oil. Rosemary, oregano, red and black pepper, savory mustard and pour in a mortar and crushed.
