Spicy sauerkraut

Ingredients
2 cabbages - oklo 6 kg
4-5 large carrots
4 heads of garlic
2 bunches dill
1-2 bay leaves
salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1 cup vinegar
Method
Cabbage cut into strips with a width of 3-4 cm, add grated carrots and chopped dill. Prepare the brine of 1.5 liter of water, the oil, vinegar and sugar, by boiling for 2-3 minutes. With more hot brine is poured over the vegetables. Court covered with a clean cloth and so stays warm 3 days. On the fourth day the cabbage is harvested in jars and refrigerate. Cabbage can be used for salad and cooking.
