Sponge cake with water - II type

Ingredients
2 eggs
14 tbsp (hot) water
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 cup sugar
2 cup flour raising agent
cocoa - optional
raisins - optional

Method
First stirring the sugar, eggs and the oil. Then pour the hot water under continuous stirring. And finally put the flour. Optional spend the mixture into a 1 cup and put 1 tbsp cocoa and mix. Pour half the mixture into the floured pan and then add the cocoa mixture, and then the remaining mixture. In a preheated oven put the finished mixture, bake only as below. After a swell in the pan, play and top heater.
