Stew with mutton

Ingredients
750 g mutton
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
4-5 (400 g) Tomato
4-5 heads (300 g) onion
3-4 (250 g) peppers
2-3 (300 g) eggplants
1 handful (150 g ) okra
1-2 chili peppers
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

Method
Salt meat, cut into medium-sized pieces, put in a pan with a little water and boil on low heat, add salt, after boil. When the meat is tender, add chopped onion alternately, red pepper, chopped tomatoes, eggplants and peppers, okra cleaned of stalks and chili peppers and a little warm water. Dish tries salt and stew until ready on low heat. After removal from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley. stew becomes more delicious if the meat is lean. Then take 900 g of meat and fat are added.
