Stewed beef with tomatoes

Ingredients
750 g of beef topside
7-8 (750 g) tomatoes
50 g salo
1/2 cup (100 g) butter
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
10-12 cloves garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1/4 cup (50 ml) red wine
4-5 peppercorns
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 bay leaf
salt
Method
The meat is pierced in several places with a sharp knife and slices placed piece of salo and garlic clove . Add salt and fry until browned in fat, then remove. In the same fat stew chopped onion, then add flour alternately, red pepper, chopped tomatoes, meat, 1 cup hot water, spices and wine. Dish add salt to taste and boil gently.
