Stewed cabbage with bacon

Ingredients
1 tbsp sunflower oil
200 g smoked bacon
10 g brown sugar
white wine vinegar
1 large cabbage
200 ml chicken broth
Method
The oil is heated and diced bacon fry until they become crispy. Sprinkle with sugar and vinegar. Add chopped cabbage and pour the broth. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes until the cabbage softens slightly, but still crunchy.
