Stuffed boiled eggs
100 g of fish (anchovies, sardines, etc.)
1/2 cup milk
Hard boiled eggs peel and cut into two halves. Remove yolks and rub through a thick sieve. Add to cleansed skin and bones of fish and milk. Beat well to smooth mixture, add salt and season to taste with crushed black pepper and lemon juice. With so prepared mixture is filled half of the egg whites. .
