Stuffed sponge cake with coconut

Ingredients
4 eggs
250 g sugar
150 ml milk
80 ml olive oil
250 g flour
100 g coconut
10 g baking powder
1 vanilla
200 g chocolate spread

Method
Beat four eggs with the sugar to form a creamy mixture. Gradually add milk and oil in a thin stream. Finally add the flour sifted with baking powder and vanilla and coconut. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured pan with a diameter of 25 cm and bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 30-40 minutes. Once baked and cooled well but not completely base thus obtained is cut in two, to obtain two the base. Pour on the bottom half of the chocolate spread and Cover with the other base. With the rest of the chocolate spread to cover the entire cake. Decorate optional. * Who does not like the heavy taste of the chocolate spread may replace it with 200 g strawberry jam but in this case sweet put only between both the base and top is sprinkled with icing sugar.

Hello, I have prepared the recipe and I must tell you, that is great! I do not know how until now no positive comments about this cake. I will try to put my photo, but I do not know if it would work, because until now I never put photos. Pastry cut it in the middle, but left him so. Top covered it with plenty of chocolate and sprinkled with walnuts. Next time I'll try with raspberry jam to cover it in the middle. Much liked by all! Fast, easy, light and delicious!
