Sweet sauce Blue curacao

Ingredients
500 ml pineapple juice
50 g of sugar crystals
150 g liqueur blue curacao
25 g starch
Method
Boiling is the juice from the pineapple and sugar. Add liqueur and pre-dissolved in a little cold water starch. Mix. The sauce is suitable for home baking cookies and ice-cream.
