Tangle of meat

Ingredients
1 piece of pork ham
1 slice pork back
marinade of your choice
spices to taste
chutney or tomato sauce
strained yogurt, or puree

Method
Meat screw with oil fsunflower and hammered. Marinate meat before grilling or sprinkle with spices to taste. Each piece was cut into 3 areas, but not to the end, so as to obtain the 4 bands. One piece is the whole top end and the other end is the whole side. Squeeze through the bar - as shallow. Top of the bottom is attached with toothpicks. Bake in the oven, grill or pan fry. When poizstinat slightly optional decorate with chutney and strained milk so that it becomes red and white, in a staggered pattern.
