Thracian shallow

Ingredients
piece of pork tenderloin
100 g bacon strips
2 large field mushrooms
1 onion and 1/2
1/2 head garlic
3 washers eggplant
3 washers zucchini
1 slice red green and yellow pepper
salt
butter spreads
# Thracian pesto:
80-100 ml olive oil
100 g walnuts
10 basil leaves
4-5 sprigs zagdanoz
1 clove garlic
1-2 pinches of salt
Method
The meat is cut lengthwise into three, the incisions should not come to the end. Each piece of meat wrapped with strips of bacon. Then wrapped in bacon pieces carefully stringing as shallow. Chop of washers that are placed next to each other on the bottom of the grill pan. They shall bear a braid and bake, and after about 10 minutes, turning. Peel mushrooms and stumps were removed. Vegetables and mushrooms baked on grill pan until meat by salting. Once constipation one side, turn and smeared with butter. Basil, parsley, walnuts and garlic placed in a blender, pour with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pureeing. Thracian shallow served garnished with roasted vegetables are seasoned with pesto.

I loved the recipe, but it seems tough to me. Put it into a favorite because I guess it would look very good - pity that no picture ...
