Thuringian roast in pot

Ingredients
500 g pork tripe
1 bay leaf
4 black peppercorns
1 bovine kidney
red wine
salt
pepper
Copper
20 g butter
Method
The meat is cooked with bay leaf and pepper until is tender. Izkisnatiyat, gall kidney tubules is added and everything is boiled until it is ready. Once cool, the meat is cut into thin strips. The broth was boiled again with a little honey, butter and wine, salt and pepper. The meat was added and left for a while without boiling.
