Tiramisu a la Thoreau

Ingredients
biscotti
coffee ready
500 g feta cheese mascarpone
pastry cream 750 ml
75 ml liqueur flavored coffee
80 g sugar
cocoa powder
3 vanilla

Method
In a large bowl be broken down to thicken the cream, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla and liqueur. In pan rank order biscuits which were previously submerged in cold coffee ready, put cream on top, back row biscuits and cream again. Place for 1 hour in refrigerator before serving sprinkle with cocoa powder. Ornaments can be used coffee beans, biscuits or chocolate cigar.

What amount of biscuits need? Do not put in the cream and grated lemon peel and a little lemon juice? Far as I know in the original recipe in the cream and put eggs broken in a water bath with sugar. It is because of this fascinating combination cake named *lift me up.* Only cream with makarpone for the top.
