Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
50 g butter
1 onion
500 g red tomatoes
1 tbsp flour
leaf celery
parsley
dill
6-8 eggs

Method
Cleaned mushrooms cut into large pieces and sauté in half butter. Add finely chopped onions and sprinkle with flour. As the mushrooms soften add the diced tomatoes and salt. Stew continues until the juice has evaporated from the tomatoes. The finished dish is sprinkled with aromatic leaves, pepper and partitioned to which are added 2 poached eggs.
