Tomato salad and orange

Ingredients
3 tomatoes
1 orange
lettuce or watercress
mint
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of paprika
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) white wine or lemon juice
Method
Sliced ​​tomatoes and cleaned orange slices arranged on lettuce leaves (or watercress) and sprinkle with finely chopped mint. Of the remaining product is cooked gravy, stirring well to obtain a homogeneous mass. Salad, pour this mixture and served with feta cheese and bread or roast goose, duck or pork.
