Ingredients
4 large tomatoes
4 sardines
30 g capers
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
60 g olives
1 onion
breadcrumbs
parsley
salt
Method
Cut the tomatoes into halves and cross carving flesh part. Olives cut into halves, withdrawn stones, allowed eight halves for decoration, the rest finely chopped. In sunflower oil fry the chopped onion, add the breadcrumbs, chopped sardines, parsley, olives, capers and mix well. Tomatoes are filled with the prepared mixture, decorate with olives, arranged in the pan, add salt and bake in oven weak.
