Ingredients
60 g ham
1 onion
300 g frozen spinach
8-10 small tomatoes
salt, pepper
100 g feta cheese
20 g peanuts
Method
Ham and onions finely. Put in a glass bowl, cover and stew 4 minutes at 600 Deut. Add spinach, capped and held for 7 minutes at 600 Deut. Cut caps tomatoes and dug with a spoon. Add salt from the inside. Spinach stir in half of the feta cheese and the mixture is filled tomatoes. Put into the form of souffle and garnish with remaining slices of feta cheese and peanuts.
