Topped walnut cake

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup (200 g) powdered sugar
400 g walnuts
1 tbsp (10 g) breadcrumbs
1 tsp (5 g) cocoa
powdered sugar glaze
Method
Take two egg yolks, well beaten, powdered sugar, ground walnuts, breadcrumbs and cocoa and everything is kneaded lightly. Roll out 2 cm thick. Smeared with icing 1 egg white broken with powdered sugar. Cut into 10 cm long and 1 cm wide strips, which are arranged in a baking dish and bake in low oven.
