Vegetable pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup grated zucchini
2 green onions
sunflower oil for frying
Method
In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk. Add carrots, zucchini and chopped onion. The dry and the wet mixture was combined and mixed well. At the bottom of a large pan pour 1 tbsp sunflower oil and heat over medium heat. A tablespoon scoop of the mixture and make a few small pancakes. Fry for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
