Vegetable stew with ginger

Ingredients
150 g Brussels sprouts
150 g peas
2 potatoes
3 carrots
Chapter 1 sweet onion
1 piece fresh ginger - 4 cm.
Olive oil (sunflower oil)
salt, red pepper, thyme

Method
In a saucepan with fat stew cut in crescents onion, carrot slices and red pepper. As soften, add the sliced ​​potatoes, Brussels sprouts and peas. Peel piece ginger grated and also, stirring so as not to squeeze the potatoes. Add a little water as necessary to boil all the vegetables, stew remain without water. Before it off, sprinkle with crushed thyme and shift from the heat.

This winter I found ginger as a spice in the dishes and already often used in vegetable dishes. Manuela looks very appetizing, but from experience I know that really is delicious!
