Vegetable stew with lentils

Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 zucchini
2 carrots
1 green pepper
4-5 garlic cloves
1/2 head red onion
200 g lentils
200 g peeled canned tomatoes
parsley
4-5 olives pitted
sunflower oil + 1 tbsp butter
spices to your taste

Method
Cut the vegetables and fry them in the following order - onion and garlic, zucchini, peppers, carrots, and finally add the tomatoes. Let them be poizparzhat 5 minutes and add the lentils, which are pre-soak for several hours in water and then are washed. Dolly 2 cups water, add potatoes and spices. Leave over low heat until the potatoes are soft and if necessary densify with 2 tbsp flour dissolved in water. Shortly before removing it from the heat and add the olives. Once the food is ready tampering with parsley.
