Vegetarian meatballs
Ingredients
Chapter 1 (200 g) cauliflower
200 g canned peas
Chapter 1 (50 g) celery
1 cup (200 g) flour
3 eggs
2 slices (150 g) biscuit
parsley
salt
vegetable oil for frying

Method
In salted water boil the cauliflower torn in flowers, peas and celery, cut into pieces. Drained of water and rub through a sieve. Add flour, two eggs, parsley and salt. The mixture to make meatballs that are rolled in crushed biscuit, then in beaten egg and fry in preheated oil. Serve hot with a salad of red tomatoes and parsley.

is Super! I added a few carrots and potatoes and it was very tasty. Mandatory them served with yogurt sauce!
