In Vienna Omelet stuffed with cheese

Ingredients
2 tbsp grated feta cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp cream
30 g butter or margarine
1 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
parsley
Method
Yolks of eggs, cream and flour stir well with a pinch of salt. Add the grated feta cheese and egg whites beaten with a drop of vinegar on hard snow. Pour the mixture into the pan in which heated the butter. Fried omelet is folded in half, pour in hot dish, sprinkle with melted butter and chopped parsley.
