Viennese goulash

Ingredients
600 g of beef
600 g onions
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 bunch roots soup
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
oil
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion placed in a preheated fat and fry until yellow. Add red pepper, fry a few seconds, pour a little water, place diced meat, salt, tomato paste, spices and stew under a lid on low heat. Pour a little water in gulasha. When the meat is tender, add a little more water dish and allowed to stew.
