In the same way I do and leaves of lime, only that both leaves pre blanch in salted boiling water.

For winter vine leaves store them in the freezer. I chose the most lazy way. Put them in bags nylonovi, as collected and freeze them. Then when I need them scalded with boiling water and are ready for turning.
