Walnut florets

Ingredients
250 g lard
2/3 cup milk
2 yolks
1 egg
50 g yeast
400 g flour
# For the filling:
150 g ground walnuts
150 g of powdered sugar
2 egg whites
1 vanilla
Method
The lard mix of foam and to it Add eggs and milk, which was dissolved in yeast. With flour knead the dough. Thereof tear bead as walnut, flattened on pita palm is placed in each bit stuffing and wrap, such as a stack is formed and the ends of the stack is withdrawn upward. The cookies arrange in a buttered baking dish off and bake in a moderate oven. During baking burst as bud roses. Still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
